For purchase issues, use Restore Purchases from the BagMap paywall first. For photo scanning, confirm camera or photo-library access is enabled and try a well-lit flat lay.

Account deletion

Open Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, contact us using the form.

Response time

We aim to respond within two business days. Include your username and app version, but never send your password.
